Construction of power projects are closely related with people’s livelihood issues, which has significant economic and social benefits. In recent years, the state has increased investment in power construction projects. But due to the impact of electricity on their own particularity, there aging facilities, the relative lack of financial and human resources, the contradictions among the current development of electric power projects and the high growth staffing needs and construction of human resources will become increasingly prominent. Therefore, this paper analyzes the application of project management team incentive model in the power enterprise.Firstly, this paper describes the project team management and motivation theories, based on the understanding of the relevant factors affecting team performance and characteristics of the employees. Accodring to characteristics of employees in the power enterprise, it raises issues of current team incentive model of power enterprises existing, and goes through analysising incentives and requirements of project members in power companies. By the staff affected by the characteristics of motivation, a clear human resource developers fundamentally proceed, to work out some of more effective incentives gradually to maximize the incentive to play its duties. Analyzing the Incentive Mechanism project team in Power Enterprise, design the theoretical model of incentives and frameworks, and build the power system business team goals, to list a clear project team members and personal reasons inducing factors. This paper also researches the evaluation system of incentive model project team. It selects a specific city in a power substation intelligent enterprise transformation project as example to analyze their comprehensive evaluation. Finally, this paper offeres some ideas related to the project team motivation flawed electricity countermeasures program for other cities of their power project team management.
