Project management team is a institution to share common goal and to protect theeffective coordination of the implementation of the project managemen, and it is alsoa work team to achieve specific objectives with the Composition of projectmanagement member from different background and technical expertise. The study ofthe economics of incentives based on "economic man" as a starting point, the purposeis profit maximization and utility maximization. Management incentive problems aremore indepth, detailed and comprehensive. Because people’s need is a multifacetedand multilevel incentive from an economic point of view alone is not enough.Construction project is investment in construction project is the most importantand the most typical, the most common type of project, It is the intention andconstruction blueprint into reality of a building or structure of production activity, isthe most core content of projects, construction project management team is the projectmanagement team of the special category.With the increasingly fierce international competition, the continuousdevelopment of China’s market economy, the project management industry has longbeen included in the scope of competition, the construction enterprises can not avoidcompetition, can not control the scope of competition and depth can only be activelyinvolved in the competition, without other options. Such competition, constructionproject management team the use of reasonable ways to motivate and retain personnelto be able to create value and become increasingly important.In my study, the main research building enterprise project management teamincentive pay model, by understanding the differences in the impact of different pay incentive model of personnel in the project management team; explore the mode of incentive pay should be how to improve it.And my article uses amulti-disciplinary theory as support,mainly in management, organizational behav-ior, human resource management,compensation and performance management asthe basic theoretical basis, Special investigations, focusing on variable pay and i-ncentive effects of the construction project management team to discuss in dep-th the research, the assumption SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysisand hypothesis testing, to pay incentive model and regression analysis,and finall -y through the Delphi method to explore the feasibility of this model,on this ba-sis,draw conclusions and make building projects management team incentive c-ompensation police, proposals,which, for our construction project management tea-m compensation management,design and team motivation plays a-n important role in learning.
