Then, it conducts a comprehensive analysis of the various effective Yili Group management activities in specific business processes. Finally, it uses the AHP and fuzzy evaluation method on Yili Group in the ERP business processes under the conditions of the specific analysis, identification, evaluation. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative method, it calculates and evaluates the Yili Group’s business process optimization. Simultaneously, it proposes the perspective of a continuous optimization of business process.
