Research On Business Process Improvement Of A Company

Since the American Management Master Mr.Hammer put forward the concept of the process management,with the development and popularization of business process management,it has become one of the key elements of enterprise operation.Many enterprises in order to improve the competitiveness in the industry,has the process system construction and process management of daily work on the agenda,to establish a standard,clear,orderly process system,while ensuring flexible organizational efficiency.On this basis,the continuous improvement of business processes can achieve the strategic objectives and performance objectivesThis paper take the improvement of clothing company A's business process management as the research object,and through the method of investigation and literature retrieval to collect research data,combined with the company's clothing industry characteristics,and draw on the results of previous studies to perfect the company process management.At last,this paper is ecpected to improve business process management ability of the company to a new level.The process management system could improves the coordination ability of the company's internal operations and the ability to respond the changes in the market to a certain extent,and helps the company achieve strategic layout and development.However,to establish the standard process system for a campany which has a rapid development,is tantamount to change the wheel from a speeding train.How to establish the process system is a urgent problem confronting company A.Therefore,this paper will combine the process managerment theory and company A's actual practice exploration to research how to build business process system of company A.Firstly,this paper reviews the process management theory and practical experience,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of process management theory.Secondly,this article is besed on the development of the company,the process management in the status quo,problems of process management organization,design and information,to explore the potential problems in the construction of conpany A's process system.Finally,the paper puts forward a specific process system which is applicable to the company A on its framework,process classification and management and process improvement tools.
