Business process,as the core competency for enterprise to achieve target goal and create value,is the key factor that determines whether the enterprise can achieve outstanding achievements in the constant change.As the end users of business processes,employees are the key link in determining whether business processes can convert value as expected.Therefore,the evaluation of employees’ satisfaction with the business process is an important consideration of formulating and optimizing business processes.The level of employees’ evaluation of business processes is related to whether they can better help employees to complete their work,achieve higher employee self-motivation,improve performance,and thus achieve corporate development goals.Company Z uses "Invent and Simplify" as its leadership principle to encourage the company to actively promote business process optimization.However,the author noticed that there is a lower employee satisfaction evaluation in the business process regarding Selling Partner Support.This is reflected when employees strictly follow the business process to handle cases,the incomplete process or defect within process,caused employees to have negative emotions such as anxiety and complaints.Therefore,this thesis collects employees’ evaluation of business processes through interviews and questionnaires,and puts forward suggestions for business process optimization from the perspective of employee evaluation.This thesis firstly interviews 28 employees from Selling Partner Support Team to understand their overall evaluation of business process,and finds out 4 business process issues and business process management problems.Then,119 questionnaires were distributed to quantify the specific impact of business process problems on job satisfaction evaluation.Secondly,by summarizing the interview content,5 common problems caused lower evaluation of business process were discovered as: the defects of business process increase the difficulty of employees’ work,the cumbersome and lengthy business process reduces work efficiency.The difficulty of improving business process will make employees more difficult.Reluctance to actively identify and escalate process deficiencies.The teamwork aspect of the process will result in extended work cycles.The above problems in the business process prevent employees from completing their work as expected and reduce employees’ expectations of achieving higher performance.Due to the lack of effective escalation feedback channels for business process problems,the organization or management team does not help employees clean up obstacle in the first time.Finally,in response to the above problems,this thesis proposes process optimization suggestions to improve employee evaluation based on employee expectations and process optimization methods and tools,including strengthening the ability to identify the defect of business process,to benefit the probability increasing on motivating employees to complete work and improve performance expectations;simplify and innovate existing business processes,improve employee work efficiency,and motivate employees focus on work;optimize the business process improvement mechanism,reduce the difficulty of employee participation in promoting business process improvement,increase the success probability of employees in promoting process improvement,and make employees realize that process improvement can be promoted through individual efforts;reduce the effort on cross team/region to improve working efficiency;establish an efficient and safe business process upgrade channel,so that managers or organizations can help subordinates to clear various obstacles and dangers in the work,so that the subordinates’ work can be completed more easily.The implementation of the above suggestions can enable enterprises to achieve continuous process optimization from the perspective of employee evaluation,help employees to complete their work more smoothly,stimulate their enthusiasm,complete the transformation of enterprise value,and achieve the long-term strategic goals of the enterprise.
