And the whole life cycle cost management (LCCM) can manage every aspect from the whole life of the substation project, including decision and design, construction and completion, use and discard phase, through in-depth mining potential, reduce project cost, so that the substation project life cycle cost optimal.In this paper, combined with full life cycle cost management of domestic and foreign advanced experience and research results, with the whole life cycle cost management theory of substation project to our cost management, and the whole life cycle cost management application in substation are analyzed in detail in the paper, the main contents are as follows:This paper introduces the basic theory, characteristics of LCC and LCCM, and explain in detail the method of classification and concrete calculation; explains the whole life cycle cost management of substation project significance, introduces the main points of the whole life cycle phases of cost management, using LCC theory to build the substation project optimization analysis model; introduces the whole life cycle cost optimization method, the design of substation life cycle cost optimization objectives and content of the specific optimization methods. And through the optimization of110KV substation project design stage, full life cycle cost management with respect to the whole process cost management play its advanced nature, superiority.This combination of LCCM theory in transformer substation project cost management, and discusses the application of LCCM mode in practice, establish the whole life cycle cost management ideas and gradually make the power grid enterprises, so as to better play the substation project benefits in economy and society.
