| Land is one of the most basic natural resources. With the advancement ofurbanization, the traditional way of agricultural production has been changed, decentralized and small-scale land operation mode has not adapted to thedevelopment of modern agriculture needs. At present, promoting the land transfer andthe moderate scale management, is not only the objective requirement of developingmodern agriculture, but also an important way to promote the farmers’ income.Jilin province is the important agricultural province and commodity grain base. The grain forage-livestock ratio and reserve stock all rank among the top nationwide, undertaking an important responsibility of national food security. Studying influencefactors of the farmland transfer problems has important significance to promote theland transfer, improve the efficiency of land use, increase agricultural economicbenefits and promote the development of Jilin province urbanization and agriculturalmodernization. As ten grain-producing counties (cities) of Jilin province for the sample area, with the base of getting data on farmland transfer in2009-2011and scale operation, using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze theinfluential factors of farmland land transfer, in order to promote Jilin province landresources reasonable use and provide a scientific basis for the healthy development ofthe agricultural scale management. In this paper, including the main research work:(1) Based on the survey data of land transfer and scale operation, using factoranalysis method, conclude the four indicators on infecting the farmland transfer in thestudy area: farmers basic features, transfer of external conditions, scale operationfeatures and agricultural machinery support.(2) Through the analysis of the multivariate regression equation, analyze the sizeof the factors on the farmland transfer influence degree, in turn they are: farmers basicfeatures, scale operation features, transfer of external conditions and agriculturalmachinery support.(3) Combining the quantitative study to qualitative analysis, we get the followingconclusion: in the factors on farmland transfer, the greatest impact is naturalcharacteristics of farmers, to a large degree, the subjective factors such as farmers’ psychological dependence on farmland and farmers’ cultural quality has been alimiting factor for the farmland transfer in the study area; Next, transfer scale is smalland the scale entities need to be cultivated. In addition, external conditions offarmland transfer need to be improved, the limited transfer labor numbers, the hightransfer cost, the imperfect transfer system and the undefined rural land property rightare all become the obstacle factors on farmland transfer in the study area; and last, theagricultural machinery supporting has a minimal impact on farmland transfer in thestudy area.(4) According to current situation and existing problems on farmland transfer inthe study area, put forward suggestions to promote the land transfer. |
