The healthy development of the real estate industry related to people living withnationals to live and work, is to build a harmonious home, building a harmoniousimportant part of the city. Through analysis and summary results of the sixdevelopment opportunities: blue economic zone development opportunities, nationaleconomic restructuring opportunities, accelerate the process of urbanization theopportunities brought by an international financial center in Qingdao financing channelsincreased opportunities for increased demand for vacation opportunities, aging societybrought increased demand for medical treatment opportunities. Three major threats: thegrowing strong competitor, construction land prices are rising, the impact of demographicstagnation on the source. Research to Michael Porter’s competitive strategy as thetheoretical basis, combined with the spatial structure theory and Klinefelter central placetheory, through the SWOT analysis, the fullest possible play in KL Advantages: a) liquidity, capital chain running smoothly;2) Talent structural younger;3) good quality;4) good reputation;5) innovative team. And weaken the company’s competitivedisadvantage influence thinking and long-term thinking, based on the integration, thecompany will KL competitive strategy as:" the implementation of differentiation strategycombined with the target clustering strategy."Through this paper, the KL-oriented real estate company in Qingdao Blue Valley ’scompetitive strategy research, not only analyze strategic selection process, but also for theimplementation of the strategy and control carried out detailed research and exploration,trying to be implemented for the corporate strategy to lay the theoretical foundation forenterprises to obtain economic benefits provide realistic reference.
