Evaluation Of Marine Ecological Economy Sustainable Development In Jiangsu Province

Marine ecological economic system is an open system which is formed by theinteraction and intertexture of marine economy, marine society and marine ecosystem.The three parts are intertwined and interacted with each other. Marine ecologicaleconomic system is the carrier of overall development of the land and the sea, and it isthe transition zone of the land and sea and it is an active productivity. Jiangsuprovince is one of the most important economic provinces in our country however itsMarine ecological economy development is relatively lag behind. In2009theprovince’s GDP accounted for10.1%of national GDP, and7.4%of the total coastalarea, less than15.5%of the average in the coastal area. The relatively backward ofMarine economy in Jiangsu has become the bottleneck of further economicdevelopment of the province. So the development of Marine ecological economy inJiangsu province not only can inject new momentum for the economy but can alsomake an outstanding contribution for the balanced development of the overalleconomy in Jiangsu province. Since China’s policy of reform and opening up, thereare lots of extensive development with resources waste and environmental pollution,which buried huge hidden trouble for the further development of our country. In orderto prevent Jiangsu’s Marine economic and social development making the samemistakes with other provinces, to explore the model of ocean ecological economy forJiangsu province and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures are verynecessary, and this article is writing under this background.This article is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part,which expounds the results of the Marine ecological economic sustainabledevelopment at home and abroad.In this part the author has listed many researchresults of the famous learners, and all the results will provide theoretical support of the following write. The second chapter mainly illustrates the theoretical basis for thesustainable development of Marine ecological economy, including dissipativestructure theory, coordination theory, ecological economics theory, the circulationeconomic theory and so on.The third chapter illustrates the present situation of theMarine ecological economy in Jiangsu province, including the economic, ecologicaland social three aspects. According to this part, people can see Jiangsu has made a bigprogress in Marine economy, Marine society as well as Marine ecology, but there arealso problems in those three systems. For example Jiangsu’s Marine economy fall farbehind of other developed coastal provinces and there are a lot of Marine environmentpollution in Jiangsu. The fourth chapter is the core chapter of this article. It calculatesthe degree of the sustainable development of Marine ecological economy in Jiangsuprovince, using the establishment of the index evaluation system. On the basis of theresults, this article has judged the type and stage of the Marine ecological economy inJiangsu province. In this chapter the author has found that Although the overallcoordination of the Marine economy in Jiangsu province is good, the level ofdevelopment is relatively fall behind, especially the development of Marine ecologysystem. The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the problems of the economic developmentin Jiangsu’s Marine ecological, also the author has found out the reason of theproblems, which is the writing basis of the following sixth part. The sixth chaptercreatively puts forward the goals of sustainable development of Marine ecologicaleconomy in Jiangsu province. And the seventh chapter mainly puts forward to realizethe sustainable development of Marine ecological economic policies and measuresneeded for the target.This paper is written based on the data, which uses quantitative analysis andqualitative analysis. It uses the method of the combination of static analysis anddynamic analysis, as well as expounds the related theory of the sustainabledevelopment. Also it makes a scientific evaluation of Jiangsu’s Marine ecologicaleconomic development and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendationsaiming at the problems in the process of Jiangsu’s development. The author hopes that though her own research to provide some reference for exploring the sustainabledevelopment of Marine ecological economy in Jiangsu province.
