Research On Industrial Transfer Of The Capital Economic Circle

ABSTRACT:Economic circles have become the protagonist of the world economic competition in the worldwide. They have also played irreplaceable roles for a certain region and a country. In the capital economic circle of our country, production factors distribute unevenly, industrial structure is unreasonable either, there is large industrial gradient and unbalanced economic development in this regional. But the existence of industrial gradient is the foundation of industry transfer exactly. So in the context of complete administrative divisions, I define the capital economic circle as Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, then explore the mechanism of industries transfer and determine the objects selection method within the region, which makes sense for enriching industrial transfer theory and promoting coordinated development.According to regional development theory and regional industrial transfer theory, this article takes empirical analysis, comparative analysis and normative analysis as research methods, studies the possibility of industrial transfer and rational industrial layout in the capital economic circle from industry and region two levels.Firstly, this article makes a review about theories and practices of industry transfer domestic and abroad, and systematically analyzes the relationship of industry transfer and industry development. It concludes that it is helpful for promoting harmonious development among the areas to impulse industry transfer. Secondly, there is a comparison about the factor endowments, economy development and industrial gradient. Then this article provides means to determine the objects of industry transfer and make a prospect of rational industrial layout in this area. Thirdly, considering that external factors are the key to make industry transfer come true, I improve the original industry Push Pull Model, thus study the promoting and obstacle factors of industry transfer. Finally, this article offers several policy recommendations according to the obstacle factors.The innovation of this paper is that government guidance should respect the market orientation. In a economic circle, radiation effect of core city should be thought of instead of the scope and boundary. This paper includes seven figures, seventeen tables and forty-one references.
