Research On Influence Of Industrial Transfer Of Capital Economic Circle

From a global perspective, the city’s economic development circle formed by the urban population has gradually become the main protagonist of world economic development. Its plays an irreplaceable role in area consist of several, or even in the whole country. However, to Beijing as the center of capital economic circle, but there are many problems:irrational industrial structure, uneven distribution of production factors, highlighting the phenomenon of dual economic structure, industrial gradient differences, increasing environmental problems.In the past, industrial transfer impact assessment studies always focus on the economic development influence or the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of the transfer of industries. However, different areas of the industrial transfer impact assessment constitutes not the same. As the environment problems getting more and more serious, the influence of industrial transfer must consist of the fact of environment change made by the industrial transfer.According to the relevant theory, this article takes the environment as the important part of the evaluation system. Firstly, this article analyses the situation of the capital economic circle. Then from three respect-------the driving force of the industrial transfer, the influence’s generation principle of industrial transfer, and the environment influence-------this article analyses the influence of industrial transfer. Secondly, based on the P-S-R (Pressure, state, response)model, this article have built the evaluation system of the influence of industrial transfer. After that, this article have applying the evaluation system to the transfer of16industries.
