The Study Of The Scale Of The Non-observation Economy In Liaoning

Since the implementation of the strategy of the "revitalization of the northeast Chinaold industrial base", Liaoning has developing faster and faster in all walks of life, the entireprovince has obtained significant results in economic growth and restructuring, promotingreform and livelihood, the positive factors are increasing in economic operation, and firmsare developing more and more well, the main economic indicators growth are higher than thenational and eastern regions’ average. But with the rapid development of economy,non-observed economy has become a new factor to continue to stop economicdevelopment in Liaoning. Non-observed economy is harmful to Liaoning’s economy safetyand the research of the supply and demand of the Liaoning economy balance. With thechanging and developing of non-observed economy itself, how to measure its scale hasbecome a technical difficult problem. Especially how to make empirical study and estimatethe scale degree to non-observed economy which is very important for the government’seconomic management.In this paper, combining previous research results, we simply introduced thenon-observed economy in Liaoning province, use the Social freight volume method andCash ratio method, Multivariate regression analysis method and elasticity approach tomeasure the whole non-observed economy size in Liaoning province, and then compares itwith the whole non-observed economy in northeast china, analyses why non-observedeconomy exist in Liaoning province, explain the impact on the economic development ofLiaoning, finally gives some advice on how to manage the non-observed economy.
