Study On The Method Of Survey And Statistics Of Freight Transport Burden By Regional Highway Traffic

As one of the pre-research studies of the project "Study on The Method of Survey and Statistics in Freight Transport Burden by Highway Traffic of Chongqing", this paper is completed and basing on this project. In the situation of less increasing the equipment, operation and work intension, so as to provide the valid statistics information, this paper tries to solve the problem which is about the precision-lost in regional medium-view on the method of survey and statistics in freight transport burden by highway traffic.Firstly, this paper try to analyze the principle reason inside the current survey and statistics scheme which is resulting in the regional non-estimated error in the medium-view, and bring out the three-phase methods for the regional statistics freight transport burden, which is according to the principles of Statistics Theory. The method is listed below:the method of survey and statistics basing on the local registration vehicle; the method of survey and statistics basing on the vehicle registration at other places in the road network; statistics modification basing on the complex factors in freight transport burden. In the phase of vehicle registration places research, this paper. not only just proves the feasibility on locale freight transport burden, but also presents the vehicle marking operation method of hierarchical identifier references on the former research method; in the phase of road network statistical research, this paper comprehensively testify.the feasibility of road network research which uses the statistics theory and data analysis and tell how to estimate the error by calculation equation; in the phase of statistics modification, firstly this paper make the freight regression equation using the statistics of national economic statistics, and then give out the equation conditions for modifying statistics and finally use Beyes function to make the freight transport burden equation of modificationThis research is a new foundation and idea for regional freight transport burden statistics.
