To Evaluate The Innovation Ability Of The Industrial Clusters Based On The Knowledge Network

The industrial cluster is playing a more and more important role in the globaleconomy. Although our country has many industrial clusters, most of them are lack ofthe innovation ability, and their competitiveness is not prominent. It has been theconsensus about improving the competitiveness of the industrial clusters. Therefore, it isnecessary to analyze the nature of the innovation of industrial clusters.There are a lot of analyses and researches about the innovation ability of industrialclusters, and most of them have based on a certain theoretical basis to evaluate theinnovation ability of clusters. However, most researches have focused on the evaluationof innovation resources; the amount of the research on the collaborative innovation ofclusters is not enough. In this article, the key innovation of clusters is the collaborativeinnovation. Therefore, this research will evaluate the innovation ability of clusters byconsidering the collaborative innovation of clusters.In view of this, this article analyzes the elements of knowledge network (actor，activities，resources) of the cluster at first. By analyzing the cluster knowledge network,the importance of the collaborative innovation in clusters will be emphasized. On thisbasis, this article will validate the cluster collaborative innovation solution by applyingthe game theory. The final analysis will discuss the mechanism of collective learning toimprove the innovation ability of clusters. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paperwill discuss the innovation ability of the Tiexi equipment manufacture industrial cluster.
