Risk Assessment Of Industrial Clusters And Countermeasures

In recent years, effect of industrial cluster and its competition has been the focus ofattention of governments and economists.As a growing regional competition, clusterstrategy also gradually becomes an important tool for the development of the localeconomy in many areas. However, we use the cluster strategy to promote regionaleconomic development at the same time, it has a big risk, cluster risk not only affects thenormal development of industrial cluster, but some even lead to the demise of the localcluster. Research on cluster risk problem can deepen the risk of industrial cluster theory,especially enrich industrial cluster theory and realize the healthy development of localindustrial clusters in China. At present, the study of industry cluster risk assessment isnot much, and it mostly stays on the level of qualitative analysis, on the strength of thecluster risk is difficult to make accurate judgment. Second, the industrial cluster riskevaluation index of fuzziness, simple qualitative analysis can not meet the requirementsof analysis, therefore, we must use the combination of qualitative and quantitativemethods, and can deal with fuzziness index evaluation model to make objectivejudgment to the risk degree of industrial cluster.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, using the basic theory and empiricalcombination of methods on the industrial cluster’s risk carried on the thorough analysisand measurement. In the Shandong peninsula manufacturing industrial cluster as theresearch object, based on risk analysis of industrial cluster, we use the method of fuzzycomprehensive evaluation basing on analytic hierarchy process, and combine with thecharacteristics of the Shandong peninsula manufacturing industrial cluster, using clusterrisk assessment model to evaluate the risk of Shandong peninsula manufacturing industrycluster, identify the main risk facing the cluster, and puts forward the correspondingcluster risk prevention advice.
