Competition in the new economic era between enterprises pay more attention to thetalent competition, human capital in the enterprise occupies an irreplaceable role. Enterprisenecessity of human capital investment, while staff and the will to invest in human capital, inorder to ensure the positive externalities of human capital investment, the paper from theemployee perspective, willingness to understand the relationship between human capitalinvestment and employee loyalty among employees to meet the employees’ human capitalinvestment, while better handle issues related to employee loyalty. Enterprises also benefitfrom their own point of view, to find the right talent, proper management, improve customerloyalty, in order to achieve the purpose of optimizing output.In this paper, in line with this thinking, through questionnaires, to understand the basicsituation of the current employees willingness to invest in human capital and loyalty todiscuss the impact on the willingness to invest in human capital staff loyalty and a sense ofexploration and research fair remuneration in which the regulation.This article reviews the literature on human capital investment and employee loyalty and,pursuant to the investment in human capital and employee loyalty and studied in this paper isto define and structure of both inductive analysis; secondly describes the basic sense offairness salary Composition and measurement concepts; finally conducted a review of therelevant literature, clarifies the status of research related to the study, the research hypothesisput forward a theoretical foundation bedding. Studies using spsss, amoss software for analysis,with descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis, access to therelevant conclusions: human capital investment will have a significant positive impact onemployee loyalty; continued willingness to invest in human capital loyalty and loyalty to theinfluence of norms in the sense of fair play regulation of remuneration, and to the relevantconclusions, some suggestions from the perspective of enterprise and individual employees.
