The salary management is the one of enterprise human resources management core contents, the salary management already closely related with the enterprise strategy, is the enterprise strategy important component. Only the salary policy match the enterprise strategy, the acquainted employee will help the enterprise to successfully realize the enterprise strategy. Therefore, we must consider the salary question from the strategic angle. The competition of the knowledge economy time mainly is the knowledge staff's competition, and the salary is the important methods to attract, drive, detain the talented person, is playing the vital role in the enterprise human resources management. Then, how do the salary strategies affect the acquainted employee's loyalty?Based on others theoretical research, the paper sums up the study about the salary strategies, proposes the components of the salary strategies and analyzes the impact between these components with the knowledge staff's loyalty. To prove the existence of the impact, the paper searches and analyzes abundant literature in order to bringing up the indicators of the various factors, and form a questionnaire, which through a series of questionnaires testing and rectifying to provide a guarantee for further demonstration.After receive the data of the questionnaire, the paper used SPSS 12.0 for the first exploratory factor analysis of small samples to the deletion of sub-standard indicators and form a preliminary factors. The paper optimized questionnaires, conducted large sample questionnaire survey and analyzed the reliability of various indicators to enhance the validity of the questionnaire. Then applied LISREL8.72 to conduct a confirmatory factors analysis to verify the fitting degree, distinction and validity degree, and based on these analyzes, this paper verified the total model structure. According to the analytic results, we drew the conclusion that the salary strategies has significant positive impact on the acquainted employee's loyalty.Finally, evidence-based analysis of the results are discussed and analyzed, the paper proposed the advices to frame the salary strategies and promote the acquainted employee's loyalty, and analyzed the lack of this study.
