With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and mobile Internet,people's ability to obtain information is constantly improved,and the degree of information inconsistency in work is gradually reduced.At the same time,with the continuous influx of new employees,there are significant differences between them and the older generation in terms of work values and career development.These reasons jointly lead to the current situation of high employee turnover rate and declining employee loyalty.Especially under the background of the serious homogenization of the current communication industry and the competition to launch low-price competition mode,service competition and technological innovation become the power source of sustainable development.However,after the mixed system reform of company A,employee loyalty shows A declining trend,which restricts the sustainable development of the company.Therefore,this article based on the analysis of the factors influencing employee loyalty,for investigation and analysis of current situation of A company employee loyalty and development is applicable to A company employee loyalty survey questionnaire,from staff basic information,the situation of loyalty and leadership,work environment,organizational culture,salary,benefits,etc,this paper analyzes the factors which impact on A company employee loyalty.In view of the specific situation of company A after the mixed reform,combined with the existing research results on loyalty,this paper focuses on the analysis of the existing problems and the causes of the existing problems in the enterprise employee loyalty,and discusses the effective ways,methods and safeguard measures to cultivate and enhance the employee loyalty in the communication industry.Emphatically analyzed the problems existing in the company A staff loyalty and internal causes,and from the build good leadership,improve the staff working environment,attach importance to and strengthen enterprise culture construction and establish and perfect the scientific salary welfare system from four aspects,focus on training and employee loyalty,improve methods and safeguard measures,the effective ways to let in A company develop employee loyalty,strengthen the construction of staff team to provide the reference and reference value.Finally,through the study of A company's management and grassroots staff loyalty,the company's grassroots staff and grassroots management cadres of the loyalty of the work of the study,at the same time to enhance employee loyalty measures and implementation of the program,to provide experience for the improvement of the loyalty of the communications industry.
