The21st century will welcome its first15th-year, the development in this period of timeis more than ever before. If enterprise wants to prolong its life, it has to keep the ownadvantages in the rapid development of the macro environment. Human resource managementas one of the means of enterprises to keep their own advantages is getting more and moreattention. Employee plays an important role in the survival of enterprises. Studies have shownthat the longer enterprises live, the easier there will be workplace employee silencephenomenon. The phenomenon will not only affect employees’ physical and mental health,but also affect the employees’ work performance in organizations. However, it has beenconfirmed that organizational trust would affect the staff’s physical and mental health andwork performance in the different way. The purpose of this paper is to study theorganizational trust’s influence on employee silence, hoping to provide some guidance toreduce employee silence.This article firstly reviews the studies on organizational trust, employee silence andprocedure fairness. Secondly, analyzing the related literature, putting forward the basic modeland the theory hypotheses of this article. Then designing the survey questionnaire and usingthe data to analyze the adjustment affection of procedural fairness.In the empirical research part, this paper uses SPSS and AMOS for data analysis. First ofall introduces the selection of scale and data sources; The reliability test and validity test aregiven to ensure the quality of the data; Descriptive statistics part mainly study the effect ofdemographic variables on employee silence; Correlation analysis simply illustrates therelationship between organizational trust and employee silence, which lay a foundation for thelater study; Structural equation model part studies how the three dimensions of organizationaltrust influent employee silence’s dimensions; Regression analysis and the impact ofregulation, as the core part of this study, mainly study the adjustment influence of proceduralfairness between employee silence and organization trust. According to the conclusions, thispaper gives some suggestions to the enterprise.This paper uses a variety of method to support each other, which make the researchbetter. Theory study is the precondition and foundation of empirical research, while empiricalresearch is the further theoretical research and induction.
