In recent years, China’s aging population is huge,"silver wave" with unstoppable trend sweeping the world, such a huge number of older consumers make domestic and foreign scholars and merchants pay more and more attention to the elderly consumer market. Although elderly clothing market prospect, but the elderly clothing market in China is not optimistic, the older consumers and businesses buy and sell dilemma.Older clothing industry is imminent, want to solve this fundamental problem, enterprises need to begin from many aspects, such as exploring the elderly to psychology and consumer behavior characteristics of the aged system analysis, for the elderly in that can accept the price on the dress, in-depth studies are on the market at present the elderly clothing prices showed a trend of two extreme, price low or high. Low price product, its quality is poorer, do manual work is not enough careful, style similar degree is high; And product price is too high, although in such aspects as the quality is better than the product with low price, but the price is on the high side, can not be accepted by most of the elderly consumer groups, solid enterprise should do well for the elderly consumer market research about clothing demand, from the cultural level, economic level, the elderly as a gathering place of different flow as the research object, basic situation involving the elderly characteristics, personality characteristics, consumption, consumption demand, from the clothing style, color, style and so on various issues do change, cater for a variety of older consumers demand.Aiming at the existing problem of old clothing market and the product and its reason, seize the main contradiction and targeted puts forward self understanding, clothing enterprises to formulate marketing strategy, for the future development of old clothes.
