According to Transparency International’s report, Corruption Perceptions Index in mainland China ranked only75in the world. China’s current period of social transition, the process of a planned economy to a market economy, there is a lot of bartering opportunity to bring state-owned enterprises business owners corruption can not be ignored, to pay serious attention.In this paper, empirical analysis, interviews, information literature, social research methods, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods were studied in this thesis. Focus on the status of state-owned enterprise corruption, anti-corruption and anti-corruption, and measures the current study, the state-owned enterprise managers to analyze the reasons of corruption and propose solutions to the management of state-owned enterprise corruption measures and countermeasures.Study first start from the preface and theoretical studies of ideas, methods, frameworks and innovation research conducted rationalize, on the concept of corruption and anti-corruption, self-interest and rent-seeking people theory theory, anti-corruption laws and regulations evolved elaborate. Secondly, the use of quantitative research methods, the state-owned enterprise corruption case database statistics, summarized the status of corruption in state-owned enterprise management process, characterized by corruption, the development trend of corruption, and to study the causes of the problem of corruption. Again, through questionnaires and interviews in the form of a semi-open effect on the existing anti-corruption measures in state-owned enterprises assessment, foreign enterprises and research of anti-corruption measures proposed to strengthen the anti-establishment restraint mechanisms to improve incentives, improve three aspects of disciplinary mechanisms corruption. And proposed to continue to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, building supervision mechanism, the establishment of a competitive incentive system to increase the anti-corruption efforts and comprehensive safeguards.
