| The reflections on theory and practice of building Corporate Culture in the start-up stage are given in this paper through the example of studying the practice of building corporate culture of SNPTC (State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation Ltd.), with the aim at providing answers to a series of practical questions, such as how to adapt to internal requirements of the development of the company and highlight corporate culture in multitude of things, how to start up the building of corporate culture in a fast manner, establish framework and thinking for construction of an unique corporate culture and form a relatively complete system of corporate culture in a short period, and so on. This paper focuses on in-depth study and practice about creation of core idea system and introduction and publicizing of corporate culture, systematically expounds and analysis the features, connotations and functions of "Three Harmonies" culture---nuclear as first, unity as treasure, harmony as basis, identify the nature of "Three Harmonies" culture as well. Meanwhile, this paper further set forth the introduction and publicizing of "Three Harmonies" culture---building core idea system, visual identification system and esthetics of the company, establishing the corporate culture load (Harmony Magazine and chorus of SNPTC) and strategy formulation for the development of corporate culture.The backmost part is the conclusion and thesis of this paper, summarizing and reflecting on the practice of culture building of SNPTC. There are three aspects of inspiration, viewpoint of corporate culture, understanding of uniqueness of corporate culture and keystone and difficulties for the building corporate culture in the start-up stage.Focus on three relationships of culture construction,propose general recommendations.In the principles of applying what I learned and theory serving to practice, it is hoped that some useful enlightenment and help can be provided for building Corporate Culture during start-up stage through the study of this paper. |
