A sustainable development of construction industry is the important measure of our country to realize resource-efficient society. As a main form of residents to solve the housing problem, commercial housing and its green performences has focused wide attentions from industries and consumes. Established a comprehensive, objective and impartial green housing evaluation system to effectively promote the sustainable development of our country construction has important significance. Most of the green building evaluation system focused on the technical level. While, there is still a weak area that a comprehensive evaluation research from the economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits of commercial houses. The main content of this paper is the research of green commercial evaluation.First of all, this paper comprehensive summaried and reviewed the existing green building assessment system at home and abroad, Put forward the importance of the evaluation of the green housing. Evaluation indexes were gained based on the Life cycle assessment and the green building assessing standard. One of the indexes is cost and benefits of the commercial houses in the whole life. After that, the fuzzy clustering analysis method is used to the classification of indexes, on this basis, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index, and finally established the evaluation system of green housing. A monetized quantitative calculation method of the cost and benefits in whole life cycle of green commercial houses is proposed. The last but not least part is the engineering case. The paper calculated the cost and benefits of the case and usedthe established evaluation system to evaluate it. |
