It uses PEST analysis to analyze the external environment.According to the hanger industry characteristics, it has made the detailed analysis to the political and legal environment, economic environment, social culture environment, technology environment and hangers industry of company county-LiPu Xian. At the same time,it analyzes corporate resources and capabilities.Based on the analysis of internal resources and external environment, this paper uses SWOT analysis tool of strategic management theory, identify many advantages such as the country’s strong support to the great development of west China and the "three no one filling" corresponding preferential policy. The enterprise has sound supply chain and the professional sales channels, as well as faces threats, such as south guangxi economic center of gravity.
