The traditionaleconomy relying on fossil energy and the industrial developing pattern that is based on it are declining,which brings crisis for global sustainability. In order to show thespecial meaning that the third industrial revolution brings for the STS view, and find out the better access toour country’s science and product.The third industrial revolution of the early dawn will be a very rare strategic opportunity in China’seconomic and social development. But we couldn’t ignore the differences in national conditions, blindlycopying it to the context of our country. Only starting from our own objective situation and developing adevelopment path suited to our national conditions can we gradually achieve the transformation ofeconomic development pattern under the third industrial revolution in the safe way.
