Research On Development And Countermeasures Of The International Logistics In The Bonded Zone Of Xinjiang

Located in the interior of Asian and Europe regions，Xinjiang is in the northwest ofChina. It has twenty-eight ports with its eight neighbors and has been very importantroute to Central Asia、WestAsia、SouthAsia and Europe for thousand years. The “SilkRoad” and “New Bridge between Asia and Europe” provide vast space for thedevelopment of Xinjiang foreign trade：the total amount of foreign trade was27.6billion Dolores in2013，which increased10%than2012，but the total amount offoreign trade was22.2billion Dolores in2008，which increased62%than2007；recently，the total quantity of goods passed Allah Hill Port increased about25%everyyear，and the number is up to17.75million tons，which increased7%than2012.Among them，the quantity of export commodities is5.486million，the quantity ofimport commodities is12.264million， Allah Hill Port kept the No.1in exportquantity the whole country and continuously be the second in the quantity of passedgoods of all the railroad ports. So we can see that，Xinjiang’s special resources andgeography advantage make the international logistics industry become the beautifulscenery and help develop its international foreign trade. The efficiently，fast，harmonydevelopment of Xinjiang international logistics play an important role in thedevelopment of Xinjiang and the nation economy.The Twelfth Five Plan clearly stated："play along the border geographicadvantage， develop and implement a special open-door policy to accelerate keyports， border cities， border （cross-border） region and focus on developingeconomic cooperation experimental zones open construction，strengthen infrastructureinterconnection with neighboring countries， the development of export-orientedindustries for the surrounding population and the characteristics of the industrialbase"。open to the west of Xinjiang built an important base，and constantly improvethe level of opening up the border areas. This is for the development of the logisticsindustry in Xinjiang will provide a favorable opportunity. Therefore，the study of Xinjiang FTZ status quo and future development of international logisticsdevelopment needs to boost the economy has a very important significance.In this paper, taking theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative analysismethod of combining the bonded area of international logistics Xinjiang specificanalysis. Qualitative analysis of the current situation in Xinjiang Bonded internationallogistics, international logistics operation modes and features; quantitative evaluationof the international association of Xinjiang Bonded logistics demand analysis,validation and prediction of the development needs of the Xinjiang InternationalLogistics Zone. Finally, take a macro approach combines microscopic, Xinjiang FTZstatus quo and future development of international logistics development needs,proposed to promote the development of Xinjiang Bonded Logistics countermeasuresand suggestions.
