Research On The Evaluation Of The Industrialized Building Capacity Of Construction Enterprises In Henan Province

Construction industrialization is the inevitable trend of construction industrydevelopment. Under the background of building industrialization, industrializedproduction capacity is a main factor of construction enterprise survival andcompetition ability. However the level of industrialized production capacity in ourcountry, especially in Henan province, varies greatly, whether the existingconstruction level of the building enterprise of Henan province can meet thedevelopment requirements of the construction of industrialization is a difficultproblem of building industrialization development in Henan province, It has thetheoretical significance and practical value to analysis the constructionenterprises’industrialized production ability in Henan province.In this paper, firstly, I have a understanding of the related theories about theconstruction industrialization and construction ability, and summarize their presentresearch situations at home and abroad, and the factors affecting the ability of theconstruction are summarized; secondly, through analyzing the constructionindustrialization development level evaluation index system of Japan andindustrialized production capacity evaluation index system of Japanese constructionenterprises, I build a industrialized production capacity evaluation index systemwhich is suitable for the present stage of China; thirdly, based on the characteristics ofevaluation index system established in this paper, I choose AHP and triangle fuzzynumber AHP methods as means of analysis the industrialized production capacity,and introduced them in detail; fourthly, I make a comparative analysis ofindustrialized production capacity of construction enterprises in Henan province,Shanghai and our country by using evaluation model, and I can conclude the gap ofthe industrialized production capacity of construction enterprises in different regions;finally, I can analyze different factors which influences the industrialized buildingcapacity of construction enterprises in Henan province by using the AHP andcomparative analysis methods, and conclude the advantage and disadvantage of theindustrialized building ability of construction enterprises in Henan province, then I can give some advices to promote the industrialized production capacity.
