With the popularity and application of information and network technology, the development of e-business brings big challenges to the specialized market. At the same time, it also provides valuable opportunities for the transformation development of specialized market. Currently, the development of the specialized market presents a differentiation, integration, transformation and improvement tendency. The Specialized Market among industries and regions are in reshuffle period. In this context, it is an inevitable option to transform and promote the specialized market with the E-business. Most research on e-commerce basicly focus on the advantages of electronic commerce comparing, platform building and present situation description, etc. Most scholars ignored the population’s effects, as well as, the role of the individual. Therefore, the article stands on the ground of individual population of the specialized market. The paper systematically elaborates the co-evolution mechanism, the path of evolution and the characteristics of the evolution, as the population promoting the professional market integration in the electronic commerce, in order to find the micro power foundation for the development of electronic commerce.Firstly, this paper introduced a concept of "population thinking". As the specialized market’s subject, the population has the individual differences and diversity. Thus, providing power source for the evolution of the electronic commerce development. Based on the co-evolution theory of the population, This paper argues that the e-business’s development of the specialized market is a population process of imitating and copying. Under the action of mutation mechanism, the population through the variation, copy, adaption and consolidation four stage of evolution. Secondly, by building the replication dynamic model of the population adopt e-commerce transaction, reveal the strategy selection process and the evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) of the evolution as the population adopting e-commerce transaction. The study found that, Purchaser population’s strategy choice decides the specialized market’s way to trade. Finally, based on the analysis of population’s co-evolution on promoting the specialized market developed the e-commerce. The paper tentative analysis that more populations promote the evolution process of the collaborative between e-business and specialized market. The study shows that more individual co-evolution presents complex adaptability, multidirectional interaction with two-way causality, multi-tiered and embedded characteristics. The whole process of co-evolution presents periodical dynamic mechanism, such as.naive selection mechanism, management drive mechanism, collective understanding mechanism. According to the periodic characteristics of dynamic mechanism, This article divided the co-evolution process of more population into juvenile stage, management stage, drive and collective selection stage three stages.On the basis of the analysis, this paper combining with the yiwu small commodity market’s present situation on the development of electronic commerce. It analyzes the historical process of co-evolution of the small commodity market’s population. And the small commodities market of e-commerce development can be divided into electronic commerce implanted period, management drive period and collective understanding development period three stages. Based on the author’s research data tracking small commodity market in recent years, using the replication dynamic model of the attitude change of the population adopted electronic commerce, further illustrates the dynamic role from the population of small commodity market to develop e-commerce. This article believes that it is necessary to change from the management drive stage to the collective understanding period, in order to provide continuous and stable development momentum for the development of electronic commerce.
