Model Study On The Selection Of Technological Innovation Pattern Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprise

Innovation is the driving force and the basis for the survival and development of the company. The most dynamic companies is the SMEs which become the important driving force for development and social progress of China’s economy. In the new background of globalization, China’s SMEs face severe challenges. Innovation is the fundamental driving force for SMEs to obtain sustainable development. Based in the fierce competition, only innovation can find a way out, break from the financial crisis and gain a competitive advantage.Numerous studies show that companies develop the right technology innovation model and strategy which affect technological innovation efficiency of enterprises.In addition, foreign scholars found that the companies that implement enterprise technology innovation strategy significantly better than no implementation of enterprise technology innovation strategy on the technology research and development, production and sales profits. Companies will be eliminated by the market without innovative, and finally embarked on the decline. While the ability to select the correct mode of technological innovation strategy is the key to success. In this paper, from the current status of technology innovation for SMEs. I discusses how China’s SMEs to develop a reasonable technological innovation strategy in the new economy. Then I summarized the common mode classification of SME Technology Innovation domestic scholars, including self-innovation mode, imitating innovation mode, cooperative innovation mode. It provides a theoretical basis to build the model for SMEs below.Subsequently, I selected factors of SME Technology Innovation model on the basis of theoretical research, and obtain relevant indicators of the degree of influence by corporate in-depth interviews and verify the reasonableness of the selected index. And then I build evaluation index system of enterprise technology innovation mode by AHP. Combined with expert investigation to determine the weight of each index, I use TOPSIS method to solve the model, and calculate the optimal solution suitable for small and medium enterprises.Finally, I made a summary, combined with the above analysis. This paper puts forward the proposal to the development of small and-medium-sized enterprise technology innovation activities from the micro and macro level.There are two innovations in this paper. On the one hand, this article takes current globalization open style environment as the research background and centers on small and medium-sized enterprises in technological innovation characteristics to explore our small and medium-sized enterprises how to choose their own technology innovation model. On the other hand, this article combines analytic method and TOPSIS method to construct a practical and user-friendly model. However, most previous studies are analyzed by game theory or AHP. This study provides a set of effective pattern evaluation model and standards for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs to guide them to make reasonable technical innovation strategy. Moreover, this paper has carried on the selection and the confirmation of related indicators in order to make the indicators more scientific and operational.
