YZ company is labor intensive, large state-owned enterprises in the public for more than50%of the employees belong to the labor dispatching work."Labor contract law on labordispatch business put forward new requirements specification, and dispatching managementof YZ company there are inconsistencies.For this reason, this paper chose the YZ companylabor dispatching management diagnosis research, carried out to find problem, researchimprovement countermeasures, for YZ company future labor dispatching managementprovide valuable solutions.This paper is to standardize the dispatching management of YZ company labor dispatchagencies, employers and labor dispatch relationship, between the labor productivity, improvethe YZ company in the long-term development of the company in human resources planningas the research target, based on the theory of labor dispatch related concepts and laws andregulations such as the theory, using historical data analysis, interview and questionnairesurvey method, according to the basic present situation, the development of YZ companyoperating and situational characteristics, labor employment, labor dispatching managementpresent situation as well as from YZ company management, dispatching management anddispatching work to collect a large amount of data information, information on thedevelopment of labor dispatching management of YZ company diagnosis item by item,research and analysis, to find outstanding problems and improvement direction.In the thesis, mainly on interview and questionnaire survey data on the detailed analysisof the diagnosis.Through comprehensive chapter2on YZ company labor dispatchingmanagement status analysis results for research found that three parties in YZ company labordispatching management relations are there are some problems, for YZ company certain laborrisk.First is the issue of labor dispatching institutions: one is the lack of proper specificationof qualification;Second, the management ability and management level is limited;3it isdispatch agreements lack of key terms, cannot undertake the corresponding rights andobligations.Secondly, YZ company management problems: one is the lack of relevantmanagement system and standard;The second is too high proportion of the labor dispatchingwork,Three is on the main position for a long time to use labor dispatching work;Four is labordispatch workers to get different pay with contract staff;Five is the lack of career planning oflabor dispatching work.Finally the labor dispatching work their own problems: one is thelabor dispatching system of relevant laws and regulations and not clear;Second, the work enthusiasm is not enough, performance is not outstanding.Three is optional, loyalty to theenterprise is not high.According to the study found that problem, this paper finally respectively on the threeparties in labor dispatch relationship with pertinence, applicability and forward-lookingimproved strategy and implementation plan.First of all, YZ company to standardize and labordispatch company relations of cooperation.Second, YZ company should strengthen their ownmanagement construction, including carding and perfect the relevant regulations of thecompany and adjust the position system.Finally, YZ company and standardized managementof the labor dispatching work, including strengthen labor dispatching work optimization, setup fair salary, welfare system and the outstanding labor dispatching work incentivemechanism, the promotion of fair competition mechanism, and career paths.To solve theproblem of company after dispatching management is not standard, to promote the companycompliance legitimate labor dispatching management, long-term development.
