This paper first briefly introduces the condition of RMB internationalization and theoretical basis; Then from cross-border yuan trade settlement, cross-border direct investment RMB settlement, offshore RMB market, currency swaps and so on four aspects to analyze the present situation of RMB internationalization. Then Specific analysis and combining with the relevant theories of internationalization of currency risk the risk of RMB internationalization in our country. And build the Currency substitution model through the relevant economic data to quantify the risk analysis of the internationalization of the RMB. Finally, from risk prevention system, optimizing the domestic and set up the economic and financial operation mechanism to adapt to the internationalisation of the RMB in three aspects to guard against the risk of internationalization of the RMB. Smooth and stable in order to promote the process of internationalization of the RMB.
