As the most important strategic resources, talent with high-quality is to promote therapid development of high-tech enterprises fundamental. As a high-tech enterprisetalkweb company mainly rely on the knowledge type talents to create benefit,Therefore, whether to have the right talent has become the enterprise won the battle offinancial condition. However, the Talkweb company has no talent managementphilosophy and in personnel cost is expensive. Poor personnel selection mechanism,imbalance in the supply and demand, as well as the high rate of brain drain makingthe company’s core business was forced to give up and some of the suspension,seriously affected the company’s strategic development goals.In order to win the battle of talent as competition in the high-tech enterprises, thisarticle aims to solve this problem of talkweb company and makes this talentmanagement Program. Through talent management and supply chain management,extensive literature research, talent management strategies and other advanced ideasto the thesis, through hands-on visits and questionnaires found the causes of braindrain problem, based on the theory of human resource and personnel management,and other related research, extension dimension in our talent management issues to gointo solution.Recommendations and results of this study are as follows: Established Talkweb TalentManagement Center, and led by the talent management center, and further to putforward feasible management measures according to the actual situation of enterprises,to attract, motivate the core talent. The breakdown of personnel, manpower planning,thought the introduction of the company’s senior management. The talent segment,manpower planning ideas introduced Talkweb company senior management in orderto solve the three big problem of poorly selection mechanism of talents for thecompany, talent supply and demand do not match and serious brain drain. On thisbasis, also introduces some advanced management ideas, such as the strategic humanresource planning, succession planning and occupation career planning integration,talent inventory, effective performance evaluation, personnel review, make thelong-term forecasting talent into the short-term forecast, talent cultivation of JIT and so on. This study of Talkweb talent management also provides reference to the sametype of company.
