Analysis Of Taxpaying Service In Yongzhou Lengshuitan Local Taxation Bureau

In recent years,Tax authorities gradually realize the importance of taxpayingservice to improve the quality of collection and administration.and,also on this front,they have made a lot of beneficial exploration and practice.At present,taxpayingservice has gotten a certain degree of ascension ways and levels.But According to thesituation of the practice of Tax authorities around the taxpaying service,the system oftaxpaying service is not perfect enough, there is still much to be desired and needsfurther exploration and research.To make the taxpaying service be more targeted and practical, the thesis haschosen Yongzhou LengShuiTan Local Taxation Bureau as a case of researching object.The author worked in Yongzhou LengShuiTan Local Taxation Bureau as an intern，during the internship,the author organized a survey questionnaire of taxpayers’satisfaction and demand,and collected the first-hand information related to taxpayingservice.Hence, the author makes a particular analysis of taxpaying service based oncombining practical experience, questionnaires and data collected.This paper firstly defines the concept of taxpaying service,designs quantitativeevaluation indicators of the taxpaying service,and introduces the connotation oftaxpaying service, summarizes the related theory foundation of taxpaying service.Based on relevant information, internship experience and existing theoreticalknowledge, this paper describes the status of taxpaying service in LengShuiTan LocalTaxation Bureau, and summarizes the taxpaying service problems which are asfollows:both the taxpaying service level and the hierarchy are low,theinformationization and social collaboration degree are not high,the servicing staff arelack of working enthusiasm and devoid of attention to tax assessment and so on.According to the above problems, this paper respectively shows the reasons from twoaspects: subjective and objective ways. Besides, this paper sums up and compares thequality of taxpaying service in the United States, Japan, Canada and Singapore andother countries, and then makes policy suggestion.Finally,according to the existingproblems in Yongzhou LengShuiTan Local Taxation Bureau, this paper concludes thatthe the government should raise the staff’s professional skills, improve theconstruction of taxpaying service hall, bring forth new ideas to servicing manners,propagandize the taxation and consummate the inspection supervision mechanism to improve taxpaying service, This paper expects to make policy reference for YongzhouLengShuiTan Local Taxation Bureau.
