Research On The Improvement Of Tax Service Of Harbin Pingfang District Lacal Taxation Bureaus

As a fundamental part of the Tax Administration,high-quality and efficient tax service is placed more prominent position in years.In order to enhance the revenue management ability,and improve the satisfaction of taxpayer,the Local Taxation Bureau also made a lot of positive and useful exploration in tax service.And the level of tax service has been improved considerably.But there should be explored and researched in the many unsatisfactory areas according to the practice of tax service.In order to study the tax service more targeted,this paper selects the Harbin Pingfang District Local Taxation Bureau as the research object.Through the advantages of working in the local tax bureau,the author conducted a questionnaire survey for taxpayer satisfaction,and gathered the authentic data associated with the council tax service.Eventually,combined it with the actual work,and carefully analyze the council tax service work.Firstly,this paper defines the relevant concepts of the tax service,outlined the theory of tax service.Secondly,this paper describes the status of tax service in Pingfang Local Taxation Bureau,and analysis the results of the taxpayer satisfaction survey at the same time.The paper summarizes the main problems of tax service: tax service level needs to be improved;the degree of informationization is low,and social cooperation level is not high;the lack of perfect performance evaluation mechanism and the like.Aiming at the problems in Harbin Pingfang Local Taxation Bureau,the paper put forward the following countermeasures in five aspects: improve team of tax service consciousness and professional level,strengthen service standardization,informationization construction and improve the mechanisms for the protection of the rights and benefit of taxpayers etc.This paper expects to be served as a policy reference for Harbin Pingfang Local Taxation Bureau.
