"Travel ticket" as a new thing, in the national each major and medium city develops rapidly, But few related domestic and foreign research and Analysis on travel ticket. The effect of the background of the research is from the travel ticket phenomenon involving the scenic area management effect of. The essence of tourism ticket is a typical tied sales, by the nature of explanation which hidden on the market supply and demand of tourism resources, caused by the change from the ticket marketing tourism resources supply and demand changes were analyzed. Research shows that, first, ticket issue hidden combination principle in mathematics, through the combination of different tourist attractions has produced a new tourism product supply, the supply of tourism products stimulate the tourists’ interests and hobbies, make travel time continues, scenic area management condition improved; second, the price mechanism and the government issuance quantity control, according to the principle of demand to decide the price, from the aspect of space for tourism resources and provides the possibility to tourist demand increases, the number of visitors to increase. In this paper, the supply and demand factors into the model analysis, in order to study effects of the ticket was issued for tourism management effect.In order to make the research more perfect, in this issue in the study of ticket price leads to a large number of tourism demand, the tourism population crowding out effect, supplement the realistic factors in order to study the effect of tourism management, no more than the total number of demand, if exceeded the total value will have a crowding out effect, cause tourist number increased by limit, scenic area management effect will also be affected. Finally, combined with the issue of the present situation and the problems of Ji’nan springs tickets through travel, to study the influence of the ticket was issued on the7scenic spots of the operating results, combining the empirical research results, related to the tourism administration department provides reference for making the ticket was issued planning and policy making.
