| With the rapid development of economy, everyone has to bear more pressurefrom work and life. Overloaded work stress will not only lower the quality of life forindividuals, but also has great impact on the development of a corporation. Theemployee assistance program is a systematic, effective, long-term project which isused to ease the pressure of employees. This paper, based on Chinese culturalbackground, analyzes the influence of the employee assistance program on easingemployees’ work stress empirically and proposes some suggestions.At the beginning, this paper analyzes the source of employee assistance programand work stress. Employee Assistance Program through the impact on staff workstress analysis to further improve the corporate stress management p rocess. Then, weuses the employees’s job atisfaction as a mediator to construct the theoretical modeland propose the typothesis. The analysis results demonstrate that diverse factors ofindividuals and corporations have different impact on employee satis faction and workstress. The influence of EAP of mentality and life in the employee assistance programon the situation of employee work stress is negative and significant, on the contrary, ithas a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction. esides, employeesatisfaction has a significant and negative influence on employees’ work stresssituation, and it plays an intermediary role between employee assistance andemployee work stress.In the end,for the results of empirical research,this paper offers some suggestionsfor corporations about improving employee assistance program management andemployee satisfaction. |
