The employee assistance program is a welfare program that was set up in the United States in 70 s to prevent and help employees solve psychological problems.Since the introduction of China in 1994,EAP as a new field of human resource management has attracted the attention of psychologists.But because the heart of consulting industry in China started late and far behind the developed countries,many enterprises have recognized that the mental health impact on working state,did not take effective measures to avoid the psychological problems brought to the development of enterprise direct and indirect loss.In China,due to the development of social transformation and the intensification of competition in the industry,employees in the work pressure,interpersonal relationships,emotional crisis and other aspects of the impact of different degrees of their mental health.Financial institutions knowledge intensive when facing the pressure of market competition,the sudden increase of regulatory policy adjustments,the introduction of new products,cyclical fluctuations in the industry and so on,employees easily because of tasks and to increase salary concerns have anxiety or depression mood.In this case,the introduction of EAP is conducive to the construction of long-term incentive mechanism for employees,to ease the tension,improve the psychological quality,which is of practical significance to improve the performance level of enterprises and employees.This paper describes the research background,research purpose and significance,as well as the basic ideas and structure.Then the staff around the competition background and banking fierce pressure are discussed,followed by the EAP theory were introduced in the third chapter,mainly analyzes the domestic banking industry EAP implementation feasibility and the main difficulties currently exist,based on the corresponding opinion;the fourth chapter is the focus of the A bank 109 grassroots managers and other staff interviews and questionnaires,collation and statistics of relevant data based on the analysis of the feasibility of A bank,the implementation of the EAP project,on the basis of the design from the introduction of EAP,EAP and EAP for publicity and training,consulting,EAP the effect of EAP evaluation,and studies the EAP scheme of A bank.This study is committed to the case study,for the A bank to design a set of sophisticated EAP solutions to solve the psychological problems of employees.At the same time,it also provides reference and reference for other banks EAP design and development.
