With the global economic integration and the rapid development of domestic politics,economy and society and increasingly fierce competition,individuals are facing increasing pressure from all aspects.Not only seriously affect the personal mental health and quality of life,but also greatly reduce the work efficiency and enterprise efficiency.What's more,to some extent,it exacerbated the social contradictions and lead to the emergence of social problems.Therefore,the implementation of EAP has an important significance for the healthy,harmonious and development of the individual,organization and society.In this paper,we use the method of combining theoretical analysis with qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the employee assistance program of M communication company.Through the detailed exposition of EAP theory and the reality basis,it combined with the company's employee psychological capital and pressure to deal with a comprehensive survey and analysis,summed up the outstanding problems of employees in M communication company.The survey results show that:the psychological capital of male employees is lower than that of female employees,and the psychological capital of the employees of the group is lower than that of the market.Employees generally face greater work and interpersonal stress,and lack of ability to cope with stress,and they also feel bad for the organization to ease the pressure on the staff.Depressed mood,too much psychological pressure and job burnout have seriously affected the staffs' work efficiency,they are urgent problems to be solved for M communication company.In view of the above problems,the company proposed the specific implementation of the EAP program combined with the needs of staff and their own situation.One is the establishment of EAP professional team,to encourage employees to seek help;two is to use anonymous opinion boxes as a link between leader and staff communication in order to deeply find out the influencing factors of psychological status of employees;three is the creation of psychological information archives,counseling and tracking the psychological problems on the staff of the system.Finally,the company did the second research on the employees participated in the investigation,tested the results of the implementation of the EAP program.The results show that the employees' psychological capital and the ability to deal with the pressure have been significantly improved,but there are still problems existed.To change management philosophy,to improve the working environment,to reduce the external pressure on the staff's interference,and to create a good atmosphere are the fundamental conditions for the promotion of employees.The companies should pay attention to the training of professional EAP talents,do effect assessments and feedbacks in the implementation process and after the implementation of the EAP regularly or irregularly,timely adjust and correct the content of assistance,and really consider t the staff.
