Owing to the extensive mode of economic growth in last decades, we are nowfacing the terrible environment and resource situation. With the development ofpeople`s living standard, purchasing power of consumers have been upgraded. Tomeet the demand of customers, manufacturers are busy renewing their goods,threatening the environment and wasting the resources. How to coordinate therelationship between benefits of consumers and the protection of environment is thesubject of the recent economical study. The research of closed-loop supply chain isthe important subject in logistics study. To save the resources and protect theenvironment, government has offered series of support policy. However, whether thesupport policy will be effective or not still need to be confirmed.This study is based on a real sample in China, Fuji Xerox, which expertise inprint machine manufacturing, and also the inventor of it. the p aper will show a modeof closed-loop supply chain, which consist of Fuji Xerox, Fuji Xerox Aike and thethird party logistics companies. Then, backward induction will be used to issue thebalanced results of competition among the mode. By comparing the balanced results,the study show the effects the policies have on the balanced prices and the balancedservices. And with numerical experiment, we discuss the effects the policies have onthe balanced profits, the balanced demands etc. Finally, the study talks about t heeffects of the four types of policies, and offers the corresponding effectivesuggestions.
