With the economic globalization, the progress of science and technology, and in particular the rapid development of information technology, not only does people's living standard continue to improve, but consumers increasingly have high demands on product diversification and personalization, which gradually shorten the product life cycles, accelerate the product upgrading, radicalize the market competition, and greatly increase the uncertainty of the business environment. Therefore, the building of supply chains under uncertain environment plays a vital role on the success of enterprise supply chain management, which directly affects the performance level of the enterprise.Based on the basic theory of supply chain management, combined with the closed-loop supply network structure and design for remanufacturing system, this article analyses the causes and prevention strategies of uncertainty from three aspects concerned with demand, supply and manufacturing. This paper also researches the construction of closed-loop supply chain with the assumption of continuous distribution function of stochastic demand, taking product remanufacturing as the model. The model establishes a mixed-integer programming model, setting the objective function as the sum of the fixed costs of supply chain facilities (factories, distribution centers, recycling center, and so on) and the variable costs of product transport, under the constrained condition of product supply and demand balance, facility capacity constraints and off-take potential, etc. And combined with the cases of China FAW Group Corporation, this paper optimizes the supply chain network of closed-loop supply chain network.
