As a new type of green solid-state light source,LED lamp was the fourth generation of lamps widely used after incandescent lamps,fluorescent lamps and gas discharge lamps.As a complex modern industrial product,they had a great impact on the modern economy and the environment.Therefore,in order to optimize the process and guide it to develop in a green direction,accurate environmental quantitative analysis of the closed-loop LED lamp supply chain was very necessary.LCA as the assessment environment lethod had great potential for researching.The life cycle assessment model of closed-loop LED lamps supply chain in china was established taked a brand of LED lamps as the research object,referred to the existing life cycle assessment model of LED products abroad,combined with the reasonable evaluation standard.The eco-indicator99 method was used to evaluate.The study found that the environmental single score of the closed-loop LED lamps supply chain was decreased by 0.85 Pt compared with the open-loop LED lamps supply chain,at the same time indicated that the whole process of the close-loop LED lamp supply chain had the most significant impact on human health.The opend-Loop and closed-Loop LED lamps Supply Chain during the production,use and transportation phases generated much the same environmental load.In the waste phase,the environmental single score of the open-loop LED lamp supply chain was 0.0676Pt,and the environmental benefit of the closed-loop LED lamps supply chain was-0.8Pt.It could be seen that with the increase of recycling ratio,the benefits produced by reducing the consumption of raw materials and energy were far greater than the environmental load caused by transportation and residues.In the modular study of waste LED lamps,the main environmental benefits were from the PCB boards.This conclusion provided decision-making basis for the recycling and for the environmental management department.Conclusion could be made that closed-loop LED lamps supply chain could significantly reduce the environmental load which was the best way to achieve sustainable resource development and circular economy.However,in the operation of the closed-loop supply chain,there were a series of problems.In the end of the article studied the best recovery mode in LED lamps waste stage from the perspective of supply chain profit maximizing,in order to promote efficient operation of the closed-loop LED lamps supply chain.The study found that under the decentralized decision and centralized decision,the profit of closed-loop supply chain generated by third-party recyclers reprocessed was better than manufacturer reprocessed,and centralized decisiong was better than decentralized decision.That could be seen that outsourcing the recycling and reprocessing works to a specialized and large-scale third-party enterprise was the most economical recycling mode.As the contract parameters were within a certain range,the profit of entire system and each member of the closed-loop LED lamps supply chain were improved.
