At present our country is still a developing country, industrialization is still themain melody of our country’s economic development. The development of industry inChina is at the cost of a large amount of energy consumption. So in our country theindustrialization process of how to improve the energy efficiency? By using relevanttheory analysis of the influence of industrialization and urbanization on the energyefficiency mechanism, using the provincial panel data econometric model usinggeneralized least squares method empirical analysis of industrialization, urbanization,the influence of all factors of energy efficiency in China.The study found that the industrialization process of twists and turns in ourcountry, the urbanization level improve year by year, but the regional level ofindustrialization and urbanization level is put in bigger difference. By usingMAXDEA6.0software calculates the total factor of energy efficiency in China, thecalculated result shows that the total factor of energy efficiency in China as a whole ison the rise, but still not reach the frontier, which did not realize the most effective useof energy in our country, has a large space to promote the efficiency of energy;Further changes in the total factor of energy efficiency is decomposed into technicalprogress and technical efficiency improvement, found that the total factor to promotethe efficiency of energy is mainly caused by technological progress. Then establishedbetween industrialization, urbanization and the factors of energy efficiency ofeconometric model, using the generalized least squares estimate. The estimatedresults show that the proportion of industrial total factor suppresses our countryenergy efficiency improvements, in representation of urbanization level increase theproportion of urban population will improve the efficiency of all the factors of energyefficiency in China. In order to further verify the urbanization through the industrialconcentration and accumulation of human capital to promote the improvement of thetotal factor of energy efficiency in China, this paper introduce the manufacturingagglomeration degrees and human capital variables model, using the generalized leastsquares estimate. The results showed that the accumulation of human capital onChina’s eastern, central and western three regional total factor are to promote energyefficiency; While manufacturing agglomeration effect on total factor of energyefficiency in China to promote regional differences. Manufacturing agglomeration stimulates the eastern region of our country, which have inhibitory effect on theMidwest.At the end of the paper is based on the above analysis, in the process ofindustrialization and urbanization in our country from what respect to improve totalfactor of energy efficiency put forward the corresponding countermeasures andSuggestions. First of all should actively adjust the industrial structure, realizing theoptimization and upgrading of industrial structure; Second should pay attention to thequality of urbanization construction, provide the necessary conditions for industrialagglomeration and favorable environment; Finally should pay attention to increasehuman capital investment, pay attention to the education level and quality ofascension.
