Research On Government Management In Hunan Province Tourism Real Estate Development

Tourism real estate is the product of the combination of tourism and real estate,mostly in the concept of timeshare or second homes abroad, the development oftimeshare abroad is relatively early and mature, its research has formed a relativelycomplete system, both its research methods and perspectives are diversified. Tourismreal estate in our country sprouted in the1990s, it has become a new hot spot oftourism and real estate industry together through the policy guidance and resourcescarcity, Theory of tourism real estate research focuses on the problems existing in theconcept, type, development mode, countermeasures and outlook, etc., many maturetheories and points of view constituted the important part of the current theory oftourism real estate. As a emerging interdisciplinary subject, there are some fuzziness ofthe definition, one-sidedness of research methods and limitations of the researchcontent. In terms of area studies, there is still little research on the tourism real estateof Hunan province. This paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance tofurther improve the tourism real estate development system of Hunan province.This paper takes government management in Hunan province tourism real estatedevelopment as the object, attempting from the perspective of public management, onthe reference of existing research results at home and abroad, then builds thetheoretical framework of the thesis; Analyzes the tourism real estate developmentcondition and current situation of Hunan province based on the SWOT analysis method,then predicts the development trend of it; Draws lessons from the domestic and foreigntypical pattern, the two different patterns of Bali and jeju island, the two developmentmodel of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town and Hainan International Tourism Island;Sums up the experience and the existing shortcomings based on the development casein the province after the field investigation of two different development patterns ofChangsha MeiXi Lake project and the FengHuang Ancient City project; Analyzes themain problems and reasons existing in the tourism real estate development of Hunanprovince; Finally put forward the corresponding development suggestions on the sixaspects of rule of law, industry government standard, sustainable development road,model and product innovation, culture protection and development, supporting servicesand security system and so on.
