| With the rapid development of human society and the progress of economy, human demand for mineral resources is increasing. However, traditional mineral resources are non-renewable, and a lot of exploitation would seriously damage the environment. Green mineral includes not only energy and mineral resources but also nutrient rich minerals. It is also renewable resource. In the process of development and utilization has less impact on the environment. Therefore, it plays a very important role in solving the energy problems and reducing the environment pollution that increase green mineral resources development. Research on mineral resources development issues related to the process is essential for the rational development. The related theories of green mineral resources and researches on some problems in exploitation and utilization enrich the theory of mineral resources and provide theory and method for the rational development and utilization of green mineral resources. This has the vital significance to the protection of the ecological environment. The mineral water is an important green mineral resource, this paper provides empirical case Zichuan mineral water industry planning. For the rest of the rational development and utilization of green mineral resources, it has some reference.Based on green mineral resources as the research object, this paper puts forward the related concepts of green mineral resources, and summarizes the characteristics of green mining and importance to society. Combined with location choice theory and location selection methods at home and abroad, by comparison, this paper chooses the improved AHP method and combined with GIS technology. Considering the terrain, traffic, environment, population and the distribution of green mineral resources, this paper constructs the location selection model of the green mineral industrial park, Verified by the application to the site selection planning of Taihe spring water industrial park in the region of Zichuan. Finally, it studys green mineral water industry in perspective of industrial agglomeration. Based on "diamond model" proposed by Porter, the feasibility of constructing the industrial clusters with mineral water as the mainstay is analyzed from the five factors of production, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, corporate strategy and opportunity structure and the level of competition with the government.it also proposes the construction of industrial clusters with mineral water industry as the mainstay, coordinated with the development of ecological tourism and organic agriculture. |
