In recent years, a large number of domestic and foreign scholars indicate thattransformational leadership on employees’ job attitudes and behaviors have significanteffects. Some scholars pointed out that some enterprises in our country, lack of trustwithin the organization atmosphere, employees’ sense of belonging and loyalty is low,this phenomenon is universal.Transformational leadership and affective commitment exists a positivecorrelation has been confirmed, but the few studies of the mediating variablesbetween organizational trust and trust in leader, based on the background of Chineseculture, to research the effect of transformational leadership on affective commitment,trust in organization and leadership trust as mediator, is less.Based on this background, the introduction of organizational trust and trust inleader to further analyze the mechanism of action, can enrich the related theory, butalso for the leaders to provide corresponding suggestions.The innovation of this paper lies in,from the angle of trust on the relationshipbetween transformational leadership and affective commitment, organizational trustand the trust in leadership are combined together, construct the double intermediaryvariable to analysis between the two mechanisms.This study used a literature readingmethod combined with empirical research. Read the summary of the relevantliterature, transformational leadership has a positive influence on affectivecommitment, organizational trust and leadership trust plays an intermediary rolebetween the two.Research questionnaire use the related domestic and foreign questionnaire haspassed the test of maturity scale.The research randomly selected150samples from thecity of Jinan, Hangzhou, Suzhou,76copies of valid questionnaires amendments andofficial large-scale release of287valid questionnaires were recovered data analysis,analysis of variance and regression analysis.The results are as follows:First, transformational leadership and emotional commitment are positivelyrelated;Second, transformational leadership positively affects organizational trust and leadership trust;Third, trust in organization and leader on employees’ affective commitment arepositively related;And last the validation of trust in organization and leader in both have partialmediating effect.Based on the empirical conclusion, that improve employee transformationalleadership perception, Affective commitment will rise, transformational leadership,organizational trust and trust, affective commitment to the leader’s influence.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, This articleproposes some human resources countermeasures to improve domestic enterprisesstaff of transformational leadership, organizational trust, perceived trust in leade,affective commitment.
