Study On Rational Distribution Of Industry Of New Urbanization

Urbanization is an important way to China’s expanding domestic demand, stimulating economic growth. In the new urbanization process, change the extensive development mode, the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure as the support, realize the endogenous growth driven development, become the important content of new urbanization. The reasonable industrial layout, not only can promote regional economic growth, promote industrial agglomeration, enhance the ability of regional competitiveness and independent innovation, but also improve the employment structure, realize the sustainable development concept. Therefore, in the course of urbanization, reasonable arrangement of urban industrial space layout, adjustment, optimization of industrial structure between three and three times industry becomes the key of new urbanization construction.In this paper, starting from the interactive relationship between urbanization and industrial layout, industrial process in Xiqing District urbanization Tianjin city layout for example, focuses on the model in the process of urbanization to promote the rationalization of the industrial layout of this problem. This selection of Tianjin city Xiqing District Dasi Town, Zhongbei Town, Xinkou Town, three towns as a typical, to them in the process of urbanization in the rational distribution of industries to promote urban economic development model of analysis. Such as, Dasi Town relies on to focus on the development of private industrial park industry structure adjustment; Zhongbei Town through the growth of service industry to provide power support for the second, the three industry, so as to promote the coordinated development of the industry; Xinkou Town in facility agriculture development of modern urban agriculture, to optimize the industrial structure. The three typical development pattern, to rationalize the industrial layout model in the process of urbanization, with some demonstration effect. Finally, this paper analyzes the Xiqing area in the urbanization process, the main problems existing in the industrial layout adjustment, and once again based on the corresponding policy recommendations.
