Research On The Problem Of Self Employment In Fujian Province

This paper takes Fujian Province as the research object, based on an investigation of Fujian province at present the current situation of entrepreneurship, affect and restrict the entrepreneurship of various factors, and put forward the suggestions to promote the enterprise from aspects of strengthening the propaganda, financing pattern innovation, improve the service system, strengthen the business counseling training.This paper draws on existing research results at home and abroad, is divided into four parts:the first, it explains the purpose, significance, the research in this paper, the theoretical basis and research methods, the innovation and writing difficulties, carefully reviewed the research on the foreign and domestic self employment. Second, on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars in entrepreneurship research, get them in the promotion of self employment aspects of the successful experience and some places worth learning from. Third, this part is the key chapter of this article, analyzed the existing independent entrepreneurship in current problems, combined with the specific circumstances of Fujian province put forward countermeasures and suggestions, from the policy, legal, business guidance and training, put forward independent entrepreneurs to promote local economic development, local economic breakthrough bottleneck related suggestions.Fourth, conclusion, further clarify the significance of this study and further research direction.
