Second, strengthen the construction of the management team byraising the legal awareness and the sense of responsibility. Standardize the selection ofmanagement team,and improve the quality of team.Third, improve the rural ‘Funds Assets andResources’ management system by implement the internal control system and the democraticmanagement system. Finally, improve Yanshou county management oversight mechanisms bythree enhanced measures: strengthen accounting controls, strengthen auditing and supervision,and strengthen internal supervision.
