At present, Genhe forestry enterprise is in the process of developing further reform with special focus on a favourable environment for the whole society and bringing together all the key production factors.The forestry enterprise human resource has played the most dynamic and initiative role, this has made human resources the most important resource within the forestry enterprise structure. This study through researching the management of human resources’flow of Genhe forestry Enterprise, and the various influence factors of the human resources’flowing, tried to find out the problems existing in the management of human resources’flowing of Genhe Forestry Enterprise, and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improvement. This study is in the basis of the theory and experience, through looking up Forestry Economics, Forestry Enterprise Management. Modern Enterprise Management, Human Resources Management and so on, and on-the-spot investigation of Genhe Forestry Enterprise, and find out the problems existing in the management of Human Resources’flowing of Genhe Forestry Enterprise, and doing the factor’s analysis and the multiple regression analysis with stata. Through the analysis concluded four major factors affecting employees into the enterprise that includes the work hours, welfare benefits, the content of the job and the working condition; Affecting employees outflow the enterprise that five main factors are the content of the job, training opportunities, working atmosphere, the work hours and the communication with leaderships; training opportunities, wage increase, wage whether meet the life need, and employees’career planning have a significant influence employees whether to continue staying in the company. According to the empirical analysis’results, the article further to analysis the problems of Genhe Forestry Enterprise’s human resources’flowing, And puts forward the reasonable improvement suggestions.
