In the era of knowledge economy, the enterprise environment has changed sharply. Competition among enterprises has risen to the technological competition level which focuses on high-level talent competition. Human resource management (HRM) is becoming more and more important in business competition. The relationship between human resource management and enterprise performance in high-tech enterprises has been given more importance in human resource management research. The academia and business community are concerned about these issues on the relationship between human resource management practices and enterprise performance, and how to help high-tech enterprises to gain competitive advantage.Based on the past research results, this paper investigates strategic alliance firms in Jiangsu Province, empirically analyzes the performance implications of human resource management practices though Descriptive statistics analysis Reliability and Validity Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling to make proper suggustions accord to the emperical results. The paper analyzes the relationship between human resource management practices and enterprise performance on basis of human resource value-chain, decelops some hypothesizes and conceptual model to make ready for the empirical research. In the end the paper sums up the results and conclusions of the research, then make proper suggustions according to the conclusions, finally points out the future research.
